About 40% of our students come from other aviation disciplines. The concept of quiet, controllable flight while at one with the environment is alluring to all of us. Virtually all of those pilots who have never flown in a balloon are wowed by the finesse and control that is possible with the skills we teach here. While some come to the training for the experience, many take up the sport after securing their rating.
